DON'T FEEL GUILTY: EAT DESSERT!

We all know that starchy-carbohydrates and saturated fats are the worst things to eat before bedtime, if we desire to stay lean….and most of us do.

That means that the only safe alternative is protein. Unfortunately protein is not usually what we reach for to satisfy our taste-buds on the late-night.

Now it can be!!! It is time for some chocolate protein pudding!

This is a great healthy treat that will satisfy your sweet-tooth and feed your muscles while you sleep!

My Secret Recipe:
1 Cup Greek Style Non-Fat Plain Yogurt (I prefer Trader Joe’s)
1 Serving Chocolate Protein Powder (I prefer Cytosport’s Evopro with Glutamine)

Calories: 250
Fat: 2 Grams
Carbs: 10 Grams
Protein: 48 Grams

***Feel free to add ½ cup of berries or ½ chopped banana. This will only increase calories by 50 & carbs by 13 Grams***
